Each year, a French-speaking and a Flemish-speaking university in Belgium organise a course given by a Belgian or foreign scientist. The object of the Danone Chair is to present recent developments in the field of human nutrition.
This course, which is aimed at a multidisciplinary university audience, comprises at least 15 hours of lectures spread over a period of one to three months. The contents of this course are published in a series of monographs by the Danone Institute. Click on a title for more information and to order.
