  • Dr. Harvey Anderson, Université de Toronto

    Dr. Anderson est Professeur au Département des sciences de la nutrition et Directeur du Programme de sécurité alimentaire, nutrition et affaires réglementaires à la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université de Toronto. Dr. Anderson a une brillante carrière en tant que chercheur dans les domaines reliés à la régulation de l'apport alimentaire.
